I've always been passionate about working with people, something I first discovered during my time in scouting. It was there that I learned the importance of teamwork, leadership, and fostering meaningful connections.

Later, I gained hands-on experience with community-centric cultures, especially in Latin America and the Caribbean. Living and learning within these communities convinced me that people are most effective when they work, live, and share together—collaboration isn't just a method; it's a necessity.

This understanding has deeply influenced my approach to management and project management, hence the name of my company: Effective Together.
